Welcome to the Frank Palmer Family AB. Referred to in the text below as Frank Palmer.
By making a purchase from, and using this website you have agreed to these terms of use.

CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any future contact you may have with customer services. The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.

ORDERING

Frank palmer reserves the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders. If a price is obviously incorrect, frank palmer reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid.

PAYMENT

Frank Palmer offers payments through payment providers PAYPAL, Stripe and Klarna.
VAT is included for orders within European Union. Fees for import/customs or VAT outside the European Union are not included. All payments are handled by third party services, and frank palmer does not store any credit card numbers.

WARRANTY

The warranty starts the day of the purchase and is valid for 2 years. With either an order confirmation or a receipt you can always claim warranty for your Frank Palmer watch. The warranty service is off course free of charge regarding parts and labor. You are only responsible for transportation cost.
The warranty covers all manufacturing faults, but not faults due to wear and neglectful treatment.
For service work that are not covered under warranty, such as battery, crystal, case or crown replacement. Please contact service@frankpalmerfamily.com to get the current charges for handling your request.

The watch is water resistant to 5 ATM. Which is good for showering but not diving. Keep in mind that the leather strap should be kept away from water.

RETURNS
You have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the product. The right applies only as long as the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when received. If you use your right to send back an order you should contact: contact@frankpalmerfamily.com. If an item is damaged during transport, Frank Palmer should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided that the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them.

LIABILITY
Frank Palmer does not carry any responsibility (direct or indirect) for delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
