Where is my shipment:
As soon as your order is completed you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. When your watch is shipped you will receive a tracking link to DHL for swedish orders and UPS for international orders.

How long is the warranty valid:
The warranty for Frank Palmer products is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Kindly note that the warranty does not cover discharged batteries, shattered glass, normal wear and tear or aging of any part of the watch or strap. In order to claim the warranty you have to get approval from Frank Palmer by sending an e-mail to contact@frankpalmerfamily.com

How do I handle returns:
If you are not satisfied with something you have ordered, you have a 14–day exchange period after you have received the goods.
The right applies if the product is unharmed and in its original box. Otherwise, a deduction for the goods decreased value will be made upon repayment. Send us an e-mail before you return the goods to contact@frankpalmerfamily.com. State your order number and reason for the return.
When you return an item, the original box and a note with your name and order number must be included in the package.

The full amount is refunded as soon as we have received the return. The money is returned to your account within 14 days.

Are Frank Palmer watches waterproof:
The Frank Palmer watches are water proof up to 5 ATM. Which is good for showering but not diving. Keep in mind that the leather strap should be kept away from water.
